    • Outdoor Fall Program (New in 2019-2020)
      • This is an 8 week (16 hour) instructor led outdoor program designed to teach all Twins players (8u-14u) the basic concepts in the below areas.
        • Infield and Outfield Technique, including individualized infield position instruction.

      • 18 week instructor led team hitting sessions (36 hours)

      • 12 week instructor led performance training (26 hours)
        • Includes instructor led baseball bootcamp (18 hours)
      • 10 week coach/instructor led mental training program (5 hours)
      • 8 week instructor led baseball IQ sessions (8 hours)
    • Winter Team Practices
      • 8u will have approximately 20 indoor practices prior to starting Spring outdoor practices
      • 9u through 17u teams get 8-12 weeks of indoor team practices (weekends after January)
        • Build pitcher pitch counts to prepare for season workload
        • Live batter/pitcher sessions to prepare hitters and pitchers for season
        • Work on game strategy
        • Classroom sessions
    • Spring/Summer Team Practices
      • 8u through 14u gets about 40 Spring/Summer practices (2 per week)
      • 15u through 17u gets about 8-12 Summer practices (1-2 per week depending on game schedule)
      • 8u through 13u have exclusive use of Indiana Twins Park fields for practices
      • 14u through 17u will practice at Indy Sports Park
    • Uniforms (3 jerseys, 2 pair of pants, 1 hat)
    • 8u (8 tournaments), 9u through 14u (11-12 tournaments), 15u through 17u (7-8 tournaments)
      • Most Twins teams play a AAA/Major/Open schedule
      • Most Twins teams will play 2-3 out of town tournaments
      • Most 8u through 14u tournaments will be USSSA, Bullpen or GameDay USA (14u might also play Pastime Tournaments)
      • All 15u through 17u tournaments will be college exposure tournaments through Perfect Game, Bullpen or Pastime Tournaments
    • 15u through 17u teams have paid non-Dad coaches
    • 14u through 17u players get full Sports Recruits access included in fees (up to $2000 value when compared to paying for a recruiting service)
  • Indoor Facilities
    • 1 9000 square foot facility with 6 12′ x 55′ tunnels (this will be the main hitting facility)
      • This facility will include a large upstairs players clubhouse area where teams can have classroom sessions, team meetings, ping pong and air hockey competitions and tables to do homework
      • A private conference room for team mental training sessions and private meetings with players, parents or coaches
      • An upstairs parent area that overlooks the tunnel area
      • A Twins Wall/Hall of Fame area in the entry way
      • A private coaches office area
      • A 2000 square foot performance training area that is separate from the main tunnel area
      • A remodeled concession area
      • Remodeled restrooms
    • 1 6000 square foot facility with 3 15′ x 72′ tunnels and a 45′ x 25′ drill station area (this will be the main pitching facility)
  • 3 fields with skinned infields that can be used for 8u through 13u practices, games and Twins Camp sessions.
  • Twins University
    • An approximately 20 hour coach education program
    • All Twins coaches are required to participate in program
